About the Role
As a Project Manager, your mission is to effectively plan, efficiently coordinate, and successfully implement motivational and integration measures with the goal of sustainably integrating people into society and the job market. This position is temporary and serves as a replacement within our team.
Responsibilities
- Coordination and quality assurance of measures for activation and vocational integration
- Ensuring AZAV-compliant documentation and proper record-keeping
- Close coordination and cooperation with job centers and employment agencies
- Monitoring and analysis of relevant key figures (participant numbers, placement rates, measure success)
- Schedule planning, resource control, and risk monitoring for multiple parallel projects
- Creation of regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintenance of project management tools and project documentation
- Identification and escalation of project risks
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a successfully completed degree, ideally in an economic field
- Several years of professional experience in project management, the tourism, convention, or event industry, or comparable fields
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project)
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (negotiation level)
- Project planning and control are among your strengths, and you have experience in stakeholder and risk management
- You maintain an overview in difficult situations and resolve conflicts routinely
