About the Role

You actively support people in Germany by opening up new opportunities in the job market. With your flair for marketing, communication, and digital trends, you help make our integration and further education courses visible where they are needed. This way, you contribute to people developing their potential and finding their own path to a better professional future.

Responsibilities

• Support in planning, creating, and publishing content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Participation in topic and editorial planning, and collaboration with sales & community management for target-group-specific communication in various languages
• Maintenance and further development of our website (WordPress), especially content creation and updates
• Support in performance marketing, e.g., creation, management, and evaluation of social media campaigns
• Support in conception, organization, and preparation/follow-up of events
• Creation and dispatch of newsletters, and support in other communication measures (e.g., mailings and letter dispatch)
• Close collaboration with the sales team to support sales-related marketing activities
• Involvement in the CRM system, e.g., contact maintenance and campaign support
• General support in the operational day-to-day business of marketing
