About the Role
We are looking for individuals to assess the condition of rental and sales properties prior to marketing, conduct property viewings, and capture 360° tours using modern camera technology. You will also collect data for energy performance certificates.

Requirements
- Must be from Berlin or surrounding areas.
- Must be communicative and enjoy interacting with people.
- Must know the city and be able to provide helpful information to interested parties about living in the city and region.
- Must have a Class B driver's license and access to a car.
- Seeking employment as a mini-job (603€) or as a working student.
- A career change is also possible if you have no prior experience in the real estate industry.
