About the Role
Build trusting relationships with job centers and public clients, developing your region sustainably by understanding needs and creating solutions with real impact for people.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop approximately 80 clients within your region.
- Conduct phone calls, video calls, and on-site meetings with job centers and partners.
- Plan and manage sales and stakeholder activities.
- Document, maintain CRM, and systematically follow up on measures.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and measures team.
- Work primarily from the Berlin office for 3 out of 4 weeks, with one week per month dedicated to client travel.
Requirements
- Completed university degree or strong academic performance.
- Initial practical experience in sales, customer contact, or project environments is advantageous.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Structured and reliable work approach.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office 365.
- Reside in Berlin or be willing to be present in the office regularly.
