About the Role

As a Working Student / Intern – Business Development & Strategy at Timeless, you will support the steering and delivery of strategic projects that shape the future of our collectible asset business. You will work closely with our founders and senior management to structure complex questions, analyze data, and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations. Your focus will be on comprehensive market and competitor research, preparing high-impact decision materials, and helping drive strategic initiatives from concept through to execution. This role is ideal for someone with sharp analytical thinking, a highly structured way of working, and a genuine interest in alternative assets, collectibles, and modern technology. You will work at the intersection of finance, tech, and creative markets, gaining direct exposure to strategic decision-making and experiencing first-hand how a leading platform scales.

Responsibilities

Support the steering and delivery of strategic projects, from concept through to execution.
Contribute to defining and executing our strategy and prepare the basis for decisions.
Structure complex questions, analyse data and turn them into clear recommendations.
Research markets, competitors, partners and the collectibles asset class.
Prepare and follow up on meetings: agendas, materials, next steps.
Work closely with the founders and senior management and take ownership of your own workstreams.

Requirements

Studying or have a background in business, management or a related field, preferably at a top-tier university.
Think analytically, work in a structured way and move things forward independently.
Produce sharp, well-argued analyses and presentations that get to the point.
Use AI tools and modern technology as a matter of course, to work faster and better.
Have a solid understanding of, or genuine interest in, collectibles as an asset class.
Communicate confidently in German and English.
Ideally, be based in or around Berlin.
