About the Role

As a Team Lead Project Management (m/f/d), you will lead our project management team, manage AZAV-compliant planning, execution, and quality assurance of educational programs, and serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders. You will also contribute to the continuous development of processes, digitalization, automation, and the use of AI within project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the project management team, ensuring company values are lived.
• Plan, steer, and manage the successful implementation of AZAV-compliant measures.
• Coordinate resources, deadlines, and priorities for multiple concurrent projects.
• Monitor project progress, quality metrics, and goal achievement, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Serve as the primary contact for Jobcenters, employment agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure professional project documentation, record-keeping, and audit preparation.
• Actively shape the further development of project management through digitalization, automation, and AI.
• Undertake the execution of selected projects, especially in complex stakeholder situations.

• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with various internal and external groups.
• Knowledge in risk and quality management as well as structured documentation.
• Experience in process management and optimizing workflows through digitalization, automation, and AI.
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project).
• Very good German language skills (at least C1).
