About the Role

This role is crucial for establishing Heidi's presence in the Japanese market by ensuring clinical adoption. You will be the primary clinical operations contact in Japan, responsible for onboarding clinicians, integrating Heidi into workflows, and demonstrating value to organizations through hands-on engagement and understanding of local clinical practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and implementation for Japanese customers from discovery through go-live, collaborating with clinicians and operational staff.
  • Travel to customer sites during adoption phases to provide training, resolve issues, and build trust.
  • Map Japanese clinical workflows and configure Heidi to align with actual care delivery.
  • Triage and resolve clinical and template-related questions, escalating when necessary.
  • Gather field insights and provide feedback to Customer Success and Product teams for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and scale the Japan clinical enablement playbook, including training materials and workflow guidance.

Requirements

  • A clinical background (medical, nursing, allied health) with practical experience in clinical documentation.
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English.
  • Experience in a customer-facing, implementation, or clinical operations role, preferably in healthtech or SaaS.
  • Ability to establish processes in nascent environments.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple onboardings and site visits.
  • Genuine interest in AI tools for clinical workflow improvement and ability to communicate this effectively.
