About the Role
As a Membership Consultant, you will process membership details, payments, suspensions, and cancellations, maintaining member data integrity and delivering a positive member experience over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Process membership changes and policy updates accurately and efficiently.
- Manage personal detail changes, payment updates, suspensions, refunds, cancellations and clearance certificates.
- Investigate and resolve membership discrepancies and enquiries.
- Support payment processing and reconciliation activities.
- Assist with system testing, training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support operational goals and member outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with RT Health policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
