About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic full-stack developer proficient in backend technologies and passionate about building scalable systems. You will be pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining groundbreaking applications, gaining experience in a team dedicated to accelerating design workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Build end-to-end solutions using ReactJS and similar frontend frameworks, and Elixir or NodeJS for backend requirements.
  • Develop backend services, define schemas, and create data flow pipelines for scalable solutions.
  • Participate in the engineering team’s on-call rotation to mitigate service disruptions.
  • Contribute to the analysis, design, prototyping, and implementation of new services/features and improving existing ones.
  • Work in cross-functional teams to ensure a superb end-to-end user experience for customers.
  • Be a proactive self-starter and fast learner who can develop methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Commit to best practices in software development: design, testing, version control, documentation, build, deployment, and operation.
  • Respond, troubleshoot, and support production systems, performance, reliability, and scalability issues.
  • Perform pre-deployment QA and build/implement comprehensive unit tests for confirming functionality and performance of new code.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Elixir, NodeJS, and ReactJS is required.
  • At least 7+ years of software development experience, preferably in product development.
  • Experience defining APIs and integrating them into web applications using RESTful and GraphQL approaches.
  • Knowledge of software fundamentals including design principles & analysis of algorithms, data structure design, and implementation, documentation, and unit testing, and the acumen to apply them.
  • Comfortable working in an AI-forward engineering environment where tools such as LLM-based coding assistants, automation workflows, and emerging AI technologies are part of the day-to-day development process.
  • Value engineers who proactively experiment with new technologies and use them to accelerate execution, improve quality, and influence engineering best practices.
