About the Role
Texas Capital is seeking a professional to lead the governance review and approval process for customer-facing communications, ensuring compliance with all requirements. This role involves managing the end-to-end governance of customer communication journeys and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver effective client messaging.
Responsibilities
- Lead the governance review and approval process for customer-facing communications distributed to Consumer clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and business requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end governance of customer communication journeys, including regulatory disclosures, customer notices, key announcements, surveys, and other client-facing messaging.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, legal, compliance, risk, marketing, and operational partners to understand business objectives and deliver effective customer communications.
- Develop, maintain, and govern content standards, disclosure guidelines, templates, and documentation to promote consistency, quality, and regulatory compliance across customer communications.
- Promote consistency across customer-facing communications and mitigate risk associated with fragmented, inaccurate, or non-compliant content.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance or related field
- Must have at least 3 years marketing experience in Financial Services
- Ability to be well organized, team-player, motivated and flexible with working hours
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Teams, SharePoint); ability to quickly adopt new software as needed
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
- Demonstrated ability and desire to thrive in a challenging fast paced work environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively and build relationships both internally and externally
- Must be flexible and adjust to schedule and adapt to changing business priorities
