  • Identify and build AI-powered automations that reduce manual HR and People Ops workflows
  • Develop and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers that expose Workday and other people systems data and actions securely to AI agents
  • Develop Workday reports (Advanced, BIRT) and calculated fields to support complex business logic

  • Serve as the technical owner for various People Technology systems, including Workday, Qualtrics, Docebo, Udemy, and Greenhouse — accountable for their stability, configuration, integrations, and roadmap
  • Support the broader People Technology ecosystem by troubleshooting issues, managing vendor relationships, and partnering with HR stakeholders across all platforms

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Prism pipelines including source selection, transformation steps, and publishing datasets
  • Proven hands-on experience building AI-powered features, such as integrating LLMs into HR workflows, automating manual processes using AI agents that meaningfully reduce manual work and accelerate People Ops delivery
  • Deep proficiency in Workday Studio including XSLT, XPath, document transforms, and complex multi-step orchestrations
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Workday Web Services (WWS)
  • Strong command of Workday reports and calculated fields needed for Integrations and Extend
  • Ability to produce clear technical documentation including design docs, data mapping specs, runbooks, and integration guides
  • Experience with Workato integration platform
  • Experience with building and maintaining MCP servers to expose people systems data securely to AI agents
  • Experience leading or supporting payroll migrations, including data mapping, parallel testing, and cutover coordination
  • Workday Integration Certification
  • Familiarity with Workday Orchestrate
  • Background in HR, Payroll, or Benefits operations
  • Solid understanding of the Workday security model including domain security policies, business process policies, and role-based, user-based groups
