About the Role

Lead the engineering team and oversee all engineering and maintenance operations for the property. Ensure the appearance, functionality, and integrity of the property are optimized while implementing strategies for efficiency and sustainability. Focus on providing efficient service that contributes to meaningful guest experiences and maintains physical assets at their highest level. Emphasize planning, organizing, and directing activities related to the maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Mentor and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and proactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a Chief Engineer in a hospitality field.
• Proven leadership, management, and administrative skills.
• Successful management of key talent and culture processes including recruiting, performance management, and team and culture development.
• Extensive knowledge of building trades and overall mechanics of building operations and maintenance.
