About the Role

The Senior Specialist – Revenue Operations is an integral part of Latham’s Revenue Operations team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the billing process and performing complex billing duties, while preparing and analyzing complex client billing requests.

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and finalize bills in accordance with firm and client requirements and billing attorney directives.
  • Review proformas, handle subsequent corrections, and coordinate e-billing.
  • Prepare and finalize invoices in line with internal and external regulation and legislation, including Value-Added Tax (VAT), Criminal Finances Act Solicitors’ Accounts Rules, and money laundering regulations.
  • Ensure successful delivery of invoices and coordinate with revenue and e-billing teams for submission.
  • Help resolve invoice rejections and reductions.
  • Generate and review proformas from 3E for informational and billing purposes.
  • Utilize computerized billing and payable software modules to complete the billing process and client refunds.
  • Research and provide information to customers.
  • Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information.

Requirements

  • Superior ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels within an organization.
  • Proven ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated strong technology skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience using financial systems.
