About the Role

You will design and deliver electrical systems for critical infrastructure, including water, wastewater, municipal, and commercial projects, while mentoring team members and solving complex engineering challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing electrical systems and recommend cost-effective improvements
  • Design complete electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, generator systems, and controls
  • Develop project designs from planning through construction
  • Perform equipment evaluation and field verification
  • Conduct site visits and witness testing
  • Support construction-phase services
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with technical accuracy
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers
  • Provide quality control reviews for design documents
  • Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • 4+ years of experience in facility engineering
  • Experience across project phases including planning, design, and construction
  • Experience working with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
