About the Role

As a UX Designer focused on Verily’s Care Solutions, you will collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and clinical specialists to solve major healthcare challenges. You will drive the end-to-end design process from discovery to execution, transforming complex problems into simple, beautiful, and valuable user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of user experience design for patients and/or clinical staff, including interactions and interfaces.
• Collaborate with user researchers, product managers, content strategists, and domain experts to understand needs, identify opportunities and constraints, iterate designs, and plan design strategy.
• Work with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented to spec and collaborate on creative solutions for technical challenges.
• Contribute to the UX team culture by participating in the Verily Design System, design critiques, and cross-Verily UX initiatives.
• Evangelize UX through quality of work, communication, and user advocacy.

Requirements

• An outstanding portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design, strong visual execution, and work across the end-to-end design process.
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional UX Design experience in consumer products, enterprise software, or relevant areas.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with proven success working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Familiarity with the technical intricacies of designing accessible, app and/or responsive web applications.
