About the Role
Grace Loves Lace is seeking a passionate Seasonal Bridal Stylist to create unforgettable moments for brides-to-be in their New York boutique. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, styling, and sales support in a high-energy, fashion-forward environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized one-on-one private styling appointments.
- Deliver an exceptional service experience.
- Maintain flawless personal presentation and impeccable people skills.
- Strive towards and exceed monthly individual and team sales goals.
- Act as brand ambassadors, wearing company products in the boutique.
- Take individual measurements accurately.
- Assist with styling using accessories and occasional wear.
- Multi-task between appointments and follow-ups via email and phone.
- Learn and retain extensive product knowledge.
- Work weekends, which are the busiest boutique days.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer service.
- Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs.
- Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships through the customer journey.
- Able to learn quickly and retain information across a diverse and high-quality product range.
- Be hard working with strong multi-tasking skills.
- Highest standard of attention to detail.
- Able to work weekends and have the flexibility to take on extra shifts as needed.
- Intermediate IT & Administration capability skills.
- Experience using an iPad, MS Office & data entry (e.g., NetSuite) is advantageous.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Must have work rights in the United States.
- Must provide two recent and relevant referees.
