About the Role

This high-impact role focuses on driving platform adoption, demonstrating ongoing value, and building durable client relationships. You will balance high-touch problem-solving with efficient, AI-enabled processes, contributing to one of Findigs’ fastest-growing areas with strong opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve account management through AI and automation, and help pilot new tools or workflows.
  • Actively manage Net Revenue Retention (NRR), identify and pursue expansion opportunities in partnership with sales, build business cases for upsells, and track revenue risk/opportunity.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with client stakeholders to share insights, demonstrate value, and align on future goals.
  • Proactively monitor account health and product usage to identify at-risk signals and manage churn or expansion opportunities.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across client organizations, understand their business models, and connect Findigs outcomes to client KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team on portfolio strategy, providing account-level insights to shape priorities.
  • Capture client feedback and channel it into product feedback loops, acting as a voice of the customer.
  • Contribute to evolving Customer Success playbooks and processes by sharing insights from daily account work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management), preferably in B2B SaaS, proptech, or outsourced operations environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with clear, empathetic, and efficient correspondence abilities, including with senior client stakeholders.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong AI proficiency; comfortable using AI tools for efficiency and able to build simple automations or workflows.
  • Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and/or customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Jira).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently manage a full portfolio of accounts, prioritizing effectively.
  • Comfort operating in the unstructured, fast-paced environment of a high-growth startup with a proactive, builder mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
