About the Role

The Operations Supervisor is an integral part of the operations team, overseeing day-to-day operations including safety protocols, operator training, and client customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching units and scheduling projects daily.
• Communicate with clients with a customer service focus daily.
• Assist with project-related bids and proposals.
• Support and improve business development daily.
• Review operator's daily paperwork (Daily trip ticket, FLRA, DOT logs).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience required in Vacuum / Pump Trucks, Commercial Underground Construction, Trucking/Fleet Management, Sewer / Water Line, Underground Utilities, Waste, or Equipment Rentals.
• Valid AZ or DZ License preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Mechanical skills preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Computer skills and strong organizational skills required, with a preference for Oracle or similar system.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, standing/walking for extended periods, climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions.
