Manage commercial plumbing projects from planning through project closeout, overseeing project financials, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial plumbing projects from planning through project closeout.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Oversee project financials, including forecasting, billing, and change orders.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Supervise field operations to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
- Lead project teams and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare project reports and ensure compliance with building codes and OSHA standards.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of commercial plumbing and fire protection project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and change order management.
- Experience using Procore and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
