About the Role

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Finance, Services, the Senior Analyst, Finance, Services will lead cross-functional efforts to manage RBI’s Services groups, partnering with the CPSO and their direct reports.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Service G&A and Capex by providing monthly, quarterly, annual and long-range budget/forecast
  • Own G&A and Capex variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets/forecasts and prior year results for internal reporting
  • Present G&A and Capex monthly results to business owners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of content
  • Present G&A and Capex results to senior leadership on a monthly basis
  • Provide ad hoc support and financial modeling for various projects, producing actionable insights
  • Introduce meaningful analytical models for cross-functional leadership team, identifying opportunities to help guide the CPSO strategic direction
  • Collaborate with expense owners to create and manage purchase orders in Coupa
  • Reconcile existing purchase orders with internal Global Business Partners team by working with vendors to clear existing accounts/ invoices
  • Process invoices for payment within contractual payment terms
  • Communicate organized and accurate statuses of payments and purchase orders to internal teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineers, Math, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Minimum 3 years finance/ accounting relevant professional experience
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment

Skills

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Onestream knowledge is preferred
  • SAP knowledge is preferred
  • Coupa knowledge is preferred

Experience Level

  • Minimum 3 years finance/ accounting relevant professional experience

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineers, Math, Finance, Business, or related field

Salary/Compensations

  • $80,000 - $95,000CAD
  • Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills.
  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics.
  • This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company’s long-term incentive plan.
