About the Role

This part-time, 3-month temporary assignment is for an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive Showroom Assistant to join our London team. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys a creative, customer-focused environment and seeks experience with a globally recognized luxury brand. You will report to the London Showroom Lead and work on-site in our London showroom.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the sample library by replenishing stock and managing weekly inventory.
• Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Organize and integrate new collections, preparing the showroom for product launches.
• Welcome clients, designers, and visitors professionally and warmly.
• Assist with preparing and packing samples for design professionals and visitors.
• Support the team in providing a best-in-class luxury showroom experience.
• Provide coverage during team lunch breaks and planned absences.
• Assist with daily showroom activities and special projects.
• Partner with the sales team to assemble customized sample mailers and presentations.

Requirements

• Located in London or Greater London.
• Passion for design, interiors, luxury products, architecture, or customer experience.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional, and confident interacting with clients and visitors.
• Proactive, dependable, and eager to contribute.
• Available to work a flexible part-time schedule throughout the 3-month assignment.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
