About the Role
This contractor role supports the campus recruitment strategy through the end of the year, offering an opportunity to gain insight into recruitment with a high-performing team. The Campus Recruitment Coordinator will ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Coordinate the full recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, sending technical assessments, and facilitating candidate communications.
- Oversee logistics for final-round onsite interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
- Coordinate and execute campus recruiting events, including sell events and interview days.
- Support the recruiting team with ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI productivity tools
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar client-facing role
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to think quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- Currently located or willing to relocate to Austin, TX for on-site work
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment authorization for this job opening
