About the Role

As an AI Microservices Developer, you will create APIs leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI models for product development and business process automation. You will manage projects, develop in Python, and collaborate with DevOps for cloud micro-service deployment, supporting various game services and internal functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and architect Python-based API microservices that call LLMs and generative models to meet business needs.
• Develop Python-based API microservices providing AI-enabled and LLM-powered solutions.
• Stay current with LLM technologies like OpenAI, Llama, and Gemini.
• Become the company expert in LLM and Generative AI API methods and Open Weights model deployment.
• Act as a product manager to understand business needs for automation tasks and translate them into API requirements.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure successful deployment and functionality of Python-based APIs.
• Assist in integrating API microservices with other organizational software and tools.
• Refine and optimize AI systems throughout the project lifecycle for performance and functionality.
• Write and debug core AI code, ensuring maintainable and scalable solutions.
• Develop tools and utilities to support AI development and testing.
• Proactively identify and solve AI development challenges with creative solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with cross-disciplinary teams for cohesive development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience developing Python-based REST APIs.
• Experience with OpenAI LLM APIs.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and ability to design scalable architectures.
• Knowledge of databases and programming APIs that use databases (NoSQL or SQL).
• Experience coding with Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, FastAPI, or similar.
• Basic Web Application Architecture Knowledge.
• Ability to interact with business leaders to understand and manage requirements.
• Experience with LLM technology stacks and various service/model options (OpenAI, Anthropic, Open Weights models).
• Experience with AI Image Generation pipelines.
