About the Role

We are a startup digital agency building complex, end-to-end products for clients. You will own the frontend side of that work, plus the wider circle around it, running most of it on your own with a solid foundation to pick up whatever the project throws at you, fast. We bring the tools and guidance; you bring the drive to grow fast, understand what you build, and keep reaching past what you know.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end, including states, edge cases, accessibility, and performance.
• Take on medium and larger pieces independently.
• Pair with seniors on architecture-level decisions.
• Act as a team member, taking on challenging tasks.
• Present work to clients.
• Steer thin slices of projects independently.
• Collaborate closely with designers and strategists.
• Work with project and business steering teams.
• Contribute to reinventing digital agency work.
