About the Role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide in-home therapy services for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs. This role is ideal for clinicians passionate about helping children build independence and reach their full potential within a supportive, mission-driven team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
  • Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs)
  • Implement treatment plans under supervision (COTAs)
  • Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
  • Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Document care in an electronic medical record system
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (Texas)
  • Current CPR certification
  • At least 1+ year of pediatric occupational therapy experience (Preferred)
  • Home health experience (Preferred)
  • Must submit a resume to be considered for this position

  • $42,000 - $114,000
