About the Role

Responsibilities
- Monitor all inbound and outbound shipments daily to ensure timely delivery.
- Plan, execute, and monitor import & export shipments using the operating system “Maestro”.
- Coordinate collections, deliveries, drop offs, and recoveries with relevant departments, offices, agents, and drivers.
- Maintain constant communication with the Packaging Team regarding supply availability.
- Process and prepare temperature-sensitive shipments for Cold Chain transportation.
- Provide necessary documentation to agents/drivers for shipment handling.
- Confirm recovery completion by matching information against the manifest.
- Provide expedited dispatch and alert receiving agents/offices.
- Notify relevant parties of discrepancies and update Maestro.
- Confirm shipments are ready for dispatch and obtain Master Airway Bill (MAWB) consignment instructions.
- Define optimal routes for shipment dispatch.
- Condition shipments and update milestones in Maestro.
- Obtain airline bookings and consign the MAWB.
- Enter Route Leg for International Flights.
- Send alerts through Maestro.
- Coordinate shipment drop-offs to the airline.
- Update Maestro with departures from the airport using the Daily Schedule Report.
- Handle irregularities.
- Perform additional administrative work as needed.
Requirements
- Professional experience in customer service operations, preferably in international air freight, logistics, or distribution.
- Existing knowledge and experience of the pharmaceutical and clinical trial industry is preferred.
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Strong customer focus.
- Team player, self-dependent, and motivated to succeed.
- Proficient in MS Office / Excel / Word.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

- $27 per hour
- $22.75 per hour to $37.00 per hour
