About the Role
Support multiple trust officers in the administration of trust and estate accounts, maintaining and monitoring accounts in accordance with policy and procedures. Participate in account opening, maintenance, and closing, and collaborate with private bankers, portfolio management, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Deutsche Bank Force cases for transaction processing and account maintenance.
- Assist officers in preparation of client communication and internal memorandum.
- Research and remedy client inquiries and issues.
- Review tax, accounting, and legal court documentation.
- Prepare and analyze information for trust officer.
- Interface with clients and attorneys regarding account management.
- Perform all functions of estate settlement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance/ Business Management preferred).
- General understanding of trusts & estates.
- Excellent Microsoft skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive materials and information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize work, demonstrating flexibility when handling multiple tasks and timely decision making.
