Responsibilities
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
- Set up and operate manual lathes and milling machines.
- Program, set up, and operate CNC mill and lathe.
- Work from drawings, instructions, blueprints, or measurements.
- Take precise measurements for cutting and shaping.
- Select appropriate machines and settings to complete assignments.
- Follow all safety regulations and comply with DEEP, OSHA, FDA, and cGMPs.
- Attend in-house training sessions.
- Perform additional tasks as directed.
Requirements
- Experience with mechanical troubleshooting and repairs in a factory environment.
- CNC and manual machining experience.
- Proficient in math.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience with production machinery troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience working with machine tools and mechanical assembly.
- Working knowledge of safety protocols.
