About the Role

Responsibilities
- Greet patients in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and referring physicians.
- Process patient uptake, including organizing requisitions, screening forms, and inputting data into RIS software.
- Register and check in patients.
- Schedule appointments.
- Manage a multi-line phone system.
- Retrieve patient records.
- Communicate with healthcare providers or patients to clarify information.
- Perform other duties as required by the Regional Manager.
Requirements
- Flexible schedule, including willingness to work at other locations in the geographical area.
- Positive attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service.
- Flexibility and openness to changing business needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic office technologies (fax machines, multi-line phone system/computers/printers).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic computer or office equipment issues.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and work well under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, email, and the internet.
- Excellent employment references.
