About the Role

True North Imaging (TNI) is committed to providing patients with access to the best possible care in a patient and family-centered environment, ensuring a high quality and safe service.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and referring physicians.
• Process patient uptake, including organizing requisitions, screening forms, and inputting data into RIS software.
• Register and check in patients.
• Schedule appointments.
• Manage a multi-line phone system.
• Retrieve patient records.
• Communicate with healthcare providers or patients to clarify information.
• Perform other duties as required by the Regional Manager.

• Flexible schedule, including willingness to work at other locations in the geographical area.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service.
• Flexibility and openness to changing business needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of basic office technologies (fax machines, multi-line phone system/computers/printers).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic computer or office equipment issues.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and work well under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, email, and the internet.
• Excellent employment references.
