About the Role

Daniel B. Stephens & Associates (DBS&A), a Geo-Logic Associates company, is a water resources, engineering, and environmental consulting firm. This role involves leading a team of project managers and engineers for municipal, tribal, and private clients, applying technical expertise to design, implement, and evaluate solutions. You will also supervise and mentor junior staff, prepare and review technical reports and proposals, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

BS degree in civil or environmental engineering
10+ years of relevant work experience
Excellent technical writing skills, including conveying technical ideas to a non-technical audience
Professionalism, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Ability and willingness to undertake periodic travel, including possible short-term assignments to remote project locations or industrial areas
May include working in adverse weather conditions
Ability to traverse varying terrain
Eligible to work in the United States
Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record acceptable to our insurer
Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
