About the Role

We are seeking an organized, technically-savvy generalist to join our Product Operations team for Summer 2026. This role focuses on ensuring an excellent product experience for customers and prospects, with approximately 75% of time dedicated to operational tasks like account provisioning and demo preparation, and 25% to contributing to content development within Adaptive's training products. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-obsessed, and eager to contribute to a high-growth startup. Core working hours will be 4am to noon Monday-Friday to support international employees.

Responsibilities

  • Drive account provisioning and demo preparation by coordinating across sales, customer success, and product teams.
  • Build and maintain scalable processes across product, pre-sales, and post-sales.
  • Use AI tools to improve workflows and product experience.
  • Help drive content development within Adaptive’s training product.
  • Collaborate directly with the GTM team to ensure prospective and current customers have the best Adaptive product experience.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a BA/BS from a 4-year university.
  • Technical/quantitative fields preferred, but open to all backgrounds.
  • Extremely Detail-Oriented: Go above and beyond on projects while paying meticulous attention to details.
  • Interested in AI: Demonstrated interest and experience working with leading AI models.
  • Curious about how to apply AI tools to make work faster and better.
  • Organized Under Pressure: Able to juggle requests with competing deadlines and prioritize the most important tasks.
  • Obsessed with Improvement: Excited by making marginal improvements every day.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable with fast-paced environments and changing landscapes typical of high-growth startups.
