Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and guests professionally and friendly.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate information.
- Collect payments and gather necessary billing details.
- Schedule, confirm, and update appointments.
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, front desk, etc.).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and scheduling system proficiency.
- High school diploma or GED (minimum).
