About the Role

Dream's Property Management team is seeking a Property Administrator to support the Downtown Operations team. This role requires a strong administrator experienced in anticipating tenant needs, building relationships, and possessing a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with tenants and address concerns promptly.
  • Manage tenant accounts, including preparing statements, late notices, and default letters.
  • Oversee monthly rent collection and arrears, and increase/track EFT participation.
  • Handle Accounts Payable processes, including purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Prepare monthly rent roll reconciliation, A/R updates, and open purchase order reports for review.
  • Participate in annual community involvement initiatives and tenant events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with a real estate management financial system.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers/tenants.
  • Highly skilled in multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks.

Salary/Compensations

  • $50,000-$65,000
