About the Role
Standard Bots is seeking a Product Manager to own product discovery, strategy, and delivery for a core area of their robotics platform. This role requires a builder mentality, deep customer understanding, and a focus on shipping high-quality software with physical consequences.
Responsibilities
- Own product discovery, strategy, and delivery for a core area of our platform.
- Go deep on customer problems by talking to users, visiting sites, and reading manuals.
- Define product specifications and rationale for engineering teams.
- Work hands-on with UX, interaction flows, and functional behavior.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to iterate prototypes and validate assumptions.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product, design, engineering, or a similarly hands-on role.
- Proven track record of building and shipping products.
- Critical thinking about customer problems and ability to structure ambiguity.
- Strong design sense and attention to craft.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
