About the Role

Citron Hygiene is a people-first organization specializing in hygiene, sanitation, and disinfection services. We are seeking new Hygiene Technicians to join our Service Team, playing a critical role in servicing customer washrooms and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hygiene and washroom products to customers.
• Maintain and service equipment, including replacing batteries, refilling dispensers, and replacing air care cartridges and liners.
• Maintain feminine hygiene receptacles, replace bin liners, sanitize, and dispose of waste.
• Manage inventory levels for consumable products for certain customers.
• Ensure all equipment at customer sites are functioning properly.
• Track and analyze work routes with the manager daily.
• Meet specific customer needs in the field and document special requests.
• Input all work activities into the provided smartphone device.
• Act as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiene brand.
• Clean sinks, urinals, toilets, and mirrors for small to mid-size customers.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (G license) and clean driver’s abstract.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good customer service skills.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Flexibility with working days, including Saturdays.

Skills

• Janitorial cleaning experience is an asset.
