About the Role
Senior Helpers of San Francisco is seeking licensed Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care for seniors in their homes. This role is ideal for caregivers looking for flexible, meaningful work with strong team support and well-matched assignments.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living and personal care
- Support safe mobility, walking, and transfers as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks
- Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and daily routines
- Observe and communicate any changes in a client’s condition
- Accurately complete required care documentation
Requirements

- Reliable transportation for client assignments (public transit acceptable)
