  • Partner with subject matter experts to translate business needs into engaging, outcomes-driven content.
  • Apply adult learning theory and design principles to ensure content is relevant, accessible, and impactful.
  • Partner with the Learning Technology and Operations Specialist to ensure content is uploaded, tested, and deployed in the LMS.
  • Continuously iterate on existing content based on learner feedback, program data, and business priorities.
  • Leverage AI-based tools to accelerate content development and enhance learner experience.
  • Collaborate across the Global Talent team to develop content supporting the full employee lifecycle.
  • Support the development of skills-based learning assets that deliver bite-sized learning in the flow of work.
  • Participate in program evaluation, analyzing feedback and data to recommend content improvements.
  • Stay current on instructional design trends and best practices, sharing insights to advance Peloton’s learning experiences.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field, preferably in a corporate or high-growth environment.
  • Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or Agile) and adult learning theory.
  • Experience developing content for all-staff, management, and leadership programs.
  • Experience designing for multiple modalities: eLearning, ILT, blended, microlearning, and performance support tools.
  • Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise) is required.
  • Experience with Vyond and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Illustrator, or Photoshop) is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage full course development life cycles independently.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to write in an authentic, on-brand voice.
  • Deep care about the visual and experiential aspects of learning.
