About the Role
We are looking for a Hungarian Speaking Trainer to support employee onboarding, training delivery, and continuous development across warehouse operations. In this role, you will help ensure operational excellence by providing high-quality training, maintaining training documentation, and supporting quality and compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver onboarding and operational training for new and existing employees
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials and educational documentation
- Prepare and coordinate training programs and learning plans
- Support mentoring programs and employee development initiatives
- Monitor training effectiveness and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Support quality management activities, audits, and IMS objectives
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation within company systems
- Collaborate with operational teams, quality management, and other stakeholders
- Promote workplace safety, quality standards, and operational best practices
- Support training activities across Parts Warehouse, Roll Warehouse, Supermarket, and Training Center operations
Requirements
- Minimum vocational or skilled worker qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in a training, logistics, warehouse, or similar operational environment
- Fluent Hungarian language skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Confident use of office equipment and digital systems
- Valid Category B driving license
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and commitment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
