About the Role

Savvy is reinventing wealth management by providing independent financial advisors with a modern, AI-native platform. The Client Marketing team is crucial for advisor retention and growth, offering dedicated support, tailored campaigns, and a paid media program. This role will lead the Client Marketing team and re-engineer its operations, transforming bespoke services into repeatable, AI-leveraged systems to support more advisors and drive growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Client Marketing team, making AI leverage a core expectation.
Own the operating model by mapping campaign surface area and rebuilding it into scalable systems.
Drive AUM-per-marketer efficiency through tooling and automation.
Continuously evaluate and integrate new AI capabilities into team workflows.
Build systems and data layers to instrument campaign performance and standardize work.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI/agent leads to ship internal tooling.
Own senior cross-functional relationships and represent the marketing offering to prospects.

Requirements

7+ years in marketing or marketing operations, including leadership experience in a client-facing or services-oriented team.
Proven experience building AI and automation workflows that have transformed team operations.
Strong systems and operations instinct, with the ability to turn manual processes into efficient workflows.
Technical comfort to reason about AI capabilities, work with technical teams, and evaluate performance with data.
Demonstrated ability as a strong operator and people leader, building systems and developing team members.
Comfortable representing marketing in sales conversations with prospective advisors.
