About the Role
Our client, a biotechnology company focused on immune-driven medicine, is seeking an RPA Developer to design, build, and support UiPath automation workflows to optimize core business processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities
- Design and develop UiPath workflows, bots, and automation components
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation scope
- Create Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD)
- Configure UiPath Orchestrator for bot scheduling, monitoring, and management
- Build reusable automation components following best practices
- Perform unit and integration testing and support UAT activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures and production issues
- Monitor bot performance and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards
- Support production deployments and hypercare activities
Requirements
- 4+ years of UiPath development experience
- Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
- Experience with APIs, Excel automation, PDF processing, email automation, and web applications
- Knowledge of SQL and database integration
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
