About the Role

We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to focus on sourcing and university recruiting for our technical teams. This early-career role involves building high-quality candidate pipelines, supporting university programs, and ensuring a precise, high-trust candidate experience. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to execute sourcing campaigns and recruiting operations in a fast-paced, AI-native environment.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for engineering, product, and data roles
Execute university recruiting strategy across target schools and early-career channels
Coordinate career fairs, campus events, and recruiting logistics
Manage candidate communications, interview scheduling, and follow-up processes
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing priorities with hiring needs
Utilize AI and recruiting tools to improve sourcing quality, outreach, and workflow automation
Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data in recruiting systems

Requirements

Experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, university recruiting, or talent operations
Strong interest in technical recruiting and high-growth hiring environments
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong written communication skills
Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders including hiring managers and university partners
High-agency mindset with the ability to take ownership in ambiguous environments
Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and spreadsheets
