About the Role

Growth Analyst operates at the intersection of data, publishing, and communication. This role owns analytical projects end-to-end, from forming hypotheses and designing experiments to translating findings into decisions and influencing outcomes across editorial, sales, and leadership. The position offers the opportunity to build technical credibility and strategic influence, seeing your work impact the market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key questions and challenge analytical assumptions.
  • Connect findings to broader patterns and propose strategic moves.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and structure ambiguous problems.
  • Design and execute market tests and product experiments with documented hypotheses and outcomes.
  • Translate successful test results into scalable business practices.
  • Transform data into actionable business decisions and strategic insights.
  • Query large datasets using SQL and build repeatable analytical workflows.
  • Leverage AI and generative AI tools for automation and efficiency.
  • Build relationships with publishing partners and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Communicate clearly and timely with cross-functional partners including editorial, sales, and leadership.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with end-to-end ownership.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools; prompt-writing is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on analytical experience.
  • Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional partners and communicating findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales funnels, KPIs, and optimization strategies.
  • Ability to design and interpret basic experiments, understanding variance, bias, and confidence levels.
