About the Role

Corient is seeking a talented individual to design, build, and operate enterprise platform services on Azure. This role focuses on creating scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure while supporting cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality platform capabilities that help high-net-worth families preserve their wealth and establish lasting legacies.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and operate enterprise platform services on Azure including compute, storage, networking, and integration.
  • Develop and maintain reusable platform frameworks for ingestion, orchestration, automation, and workflow execution.
  • Build and support infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and modern CI/CD practices.
  • Implement platform observability solutions including monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards.
  • Build secure, scalable, and resilient systems meeting defined SLAs.
  • Implement system integration patterns including APIs, event-driven architectures, and batch processing.
  • Partner with Data, Application, Security, and Operations teams to deliver platform capabilities.
  • Support onboarding of new technologies, business systems, and acquisitions.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
  • Contribute to platform standards, documentation, and engineering best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Platform, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience designing and operating cloud-native platforms on Azure.
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
  • Experience supporting distributed systems with a focus on reliability and scalability.
  • Knowledge of networking, identity and access management, security controls, and cloud architecture.
  • Experience implementing observability solutions including logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting.
  • Familiarity with modern integration patterns including APIs, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
  • Must be willing to execute an Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
