About the Role
Under general supervision, responsible for helping execute the product umbrella strategy, performing Product Management Lifecycle activities, defining target client segments, evaluating industry trends, and performing product launches and post-launch assessments. This role also involves maintaining product materials, inventory, and key metrics, as well as creating risk analysis for new product introductions and providing sales support.
Responsibilities
- Support discovery and innovation by creating client personas and evaluating competitors.
- Assist in new product planning activities by deriving forecasts, composing product requirements, and establishing future metrics.
- Display a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
- Support new product introduction by creating the risk analysis.
- Track customer satisfaction, evaluate metrics and KPIs, gauge channel performance, and conduct post-product launch audits.
- Provide sales support through RFP response and review.
- Monitor capital and expenses and rate card alignment across regions.
- Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
- Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees.
Requirements
- A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required.
- Related Industry qualification (e.g. ACCA) is required / preferred.

Skills
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Experienced in constructing/overseeing logical and conclusive presentations.
- Understanding or knowledge of 2-3+ NT products or business areas within an umbrella, mastery of 1+ product and an understanding of client needs and how this impacts the product development agenda/roadmap.
- Good in building key relationships, influencing and negotiating with clients, partners and leaders across multiple disciplines.
- Organizational skills.
- Program or project management experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of business strategy development is necessary.
