About the Role
WPP Onefluence is seeking a dynamic and trend-savvy Influencer Marketing Manager for a 5-month fixed-term contract to support a major beauty client. You will lead a team of Influencer Executives, drive successful influencer marketing campaigns, and ensure seamless execution and impactful results aligned with brand objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies.
- Identify key influencer segments and determine collaboration models.
- Collaborate with brand, social, PR, and e-commerce teams for integrated campaigns.
- Manage annual and campaign budgets.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
- Oversee influencer outreach, negotiation, and contracting.
- Manage influencer onboarding, creative briefings, and brand guideline compliance.
- Foster long-term ambassador relationships.
- Lead end-to-end paid influencer campaigns from ideation to analysis.
- Manage product seeding and gifting initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with advertising standards and disclosure regulations.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure performance and provide optimization recommendations.
- Report on key metrics and KPIs to demonstrate ROI.
- Monitor trends in social media, influencer marketing, and the beauty industry.
- Explore new platforms, tools, and strategies.
- Execute trend-led activations within tight timeframes.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital brand marketing.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
- Proven track record in managing influencer campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms such as Traackr.
- Creative mindset with the ability to leverage cultural and social trends.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
- Familiarity with mass-market and luxury beauty sectors.
- Experience with both paid and organic influencer programs.
