About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, high-energy, and positive individual to lead our preschool as Center Director. Our program focuses on STEM and TRS as the foundation for early childhood education, supported by a high-performing, spirited team. We are looking for a leader with a proven track record of achievements to drive enrollment growth and ensure 100% parent satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example with passion for making a positive impact on infants and preschoolers
- Build trustworthy relationships with families, parents, and community partners
- Recruit, train, coach, and engage a qualified and caring staff
- Drive business results through family retention, conversion, and enrollment growth
- Maintain 100% compliance with local and state health and safety licensing regulations
- Oversee center opening, closing, and meal program procedures
- Conduct professional tours for prospective parents
- Organize and execute community marketing events
- Manage monthly billing and accounts receivable
- Maintain the center in a tour-ready condition at all times
- Control operational costs and ensure efficient center management
Requirements
- Proven track record of achievements and accomplishments
- Familiarity with Texas TRS Program
- Familiarity with NAEYC accreditation
