About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our team. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partner teams to generate strong opportunities in key target accounts within EMEA. Your responsibilities will include outbound calling, video prospecting, crafting compelling messaging, and qualifying leads to initiate high-quality conversations for Account Executives.

Responsibilities

Outbound into Enterprise Accounts.
Qualify inbound leads to generate quality meetings with all levels of employees.
Build account plans with your Account Executive.
Organize, log activity, and categorize sales lead information into our CRM, as well as utilize other prospecting tools.
Articulate and sell Fivetran’s value to prospects and how we can support their business goals.
Adhere to inbound and outbound KPIs and balance time and competing priorities.

Requirements

Experience outbounding into large enterprise businesses, with a track record of high performance.
Confident qualifying inbound/outbound leads.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly curious and interested in solving our customer's problems.
Able to convey technical principles in a way that is easy to understand.
Comfortable with daily, weekly and monthly calls, email and meeting targets.
Intrinsically motivated person with a 'get stuck in' attitude.
Fluency in German.
