About the Role
Four Hands is seeking an experienced Lift Operator to support day shift warehouse operations. This role is crucial for maintaining inventory flow efficiency and accuracy, ensuring products are handled with care. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and contributes to a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Raymond order picker in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse for safe and efficient material handling.
- Use RF scanners for accurate picking and verification of inventory items.
- Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report malfunctions or safety issues.
- Place inventory into racking locations using RF scanners, maintaining organization and accuracy.
- Identify and process items on various paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifest documents, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of ladings.
- Follow SOPs to ensure inventory quality and stay updated on procedure changes.
- Perform routine checks to identify and address quality issues.
- Meet productivity targets while managing resources effectively.
- Document and report inventory discrepancies using the internal corrective action reporting (ICAR) process.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience operating an order picker forklift required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Excel.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance.
- Required to wear steel-toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours.
- Willing and able to work overtime as needed.
