About the Role
The Visual Merchandising Intern will support the styling and coordination of industry trade showrooms, working closely with the visual merchandising and production teams. This role offers hands-on experience in design, styling, and market preparation within a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the styling and arrangement of products in showroom displays, working closely with visual merchandisers and project/production managers.
- Assist with pre-market coordination, ensuring materials, styling details, and logistics meet brand standards.
- Organize, clean, and maintain props and showroom spaces for functionality and presentation.
- Support vendor relationships by coordinating deliveries and pick-ups.
- Run errands for sourcing styling materials, food props, and design tools.
- Prepare soft goods (e.g., textiles, linens) for display by steaming or ironing.
- Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to understand furniture and accessory selection for cohesive showroom designs.
- Perform other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
