About the Role
This role is critical in ensuring accurate data entry, efficient shipment planning, and smooth logistics processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data in logistics systems to support Operations
- Assist in tracking shipments and deliveries with logistics partners
- Support projects focused on improving processes and reducing lead times
- Manage administrative tasks related to documentation and internal reporting
- Verify shipment documents for accuracy and compliance
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
- Experience or coursework in logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems (D365, Oracle, SAP etc)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
